Мне сразу понравился его альбом, впрочем как и другие сольники, кроме равзве что Мелиссы, её сольник конечно не плох, просто звучание там другое, не SP`ое, так сказать
2 Kinkey в песне One And Two подпевает D'Arcy а в песне Beauty участвовала Нина Гордон из Veruca Salt,также ее вокал мы можем слышать на ...Said Sadly (1995 год)
2Kinkey точно уверен только насчет ее участия в песне Four Leaf Clover (гр. Catherine) так как видел клип в довольно хреновом качестве.Там она поет и демонстрирует мини-юбку..
Кстати что думаете о песнях ИХИ в репертуаре ТЫКВ??
Мне нравится. Вокал у него хороший. Своими песнями Иха вносит какую-то изюминку в репиртуар Тыкв. Даже жалко что только на одном студийном альбоме MCIS можно услышать его песни. wuffer пишет:

Хорошо тебя понимаю. Думал раньше точно так же. А теперь не знаю даже, прислушался наверное или совсем уже офанател... =) Альбом конечно не гениальный. =) Но какой-то он душевный, светлый, лёгкий. Очень приятная на нём атмосфера. Да и песни действительно красивые. Помимо "Be Strong Now" очень нравятся "Sound Of Love" и "One And Two".
Боюсь без Джеймса тыквы будут не такими сладкими, как раньше. Хотя они престали быть такими с 95-ого года, созрели. Вообще когда овощ (тыква) созревает, он становиться слаще, но с великими рок-группами все иначе.
Не будем также забывать о том, что тыквы разбитые.
Песни Джеймса в составе Тыкв вносят некое разнообразие, по-крайней мере разительно отличаются от того, что делает Корган. Хотя практически каждая песня Джеймса очень простая и мотив у неё попсовый, и особенно текст.

A very rare Platinum Record award for Siamese Dream has shown up on Ebay. Just how rare? Well, this is the one that belonged to James Iha, and there is only one James Iha. It's safe to say this is the only one around with his name on it.
From the auction:
This 11.5" x 15" plaque originally belonged to Smashing Pumpkins member James Iha.
It was issued by Virgin Records to celebrate the sale of 3,000,000 units of Siamese Dream.
It fell into my hands after his ex-girlfriend moved out of her apartment above the bar I managed in Chicago and decided she did not want it anymore, leaving it to me.
The Smashing Pumpkins' logo is etched into the glass (photo #2), with a copy of the disc mounted under the glass. The plaque fastened at the bottom (photo #3) reads:
"Presented to James Iha to commemorate the sale of more than 3 million copies of the Virgin Records cassette and C.D. siamese dream."
It is a one-of-a-kind item, in new condition. Be the high bidder and you'll possess a unique piece of the band's history that no collector can say they also own.

James Yoshinobu Iha (born March 26, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, USA) is a Japanese American rock musician and runway model. He is most famous as the rhythm guitarist in the highly successful alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins.
In 1998, Iha released a moderately successful solo album, Let It Come Down, his only solo effort to date. One music video was produced from this album, for the song Be Strong Now, which was also released as a four-track single.
Since the Pumpkins' breakup in 2000, Iha has pursued many projects. He continues to contribute to other artists recordings, such as "Don't Be Sad on Whiskeytown's Pneumonia" released in 2001 and further guest appearances for IVY, but made bigger news when he joined rock band A Perfect Circle in July 2003 in time for their Thirteenth Step club tour. He has since appeared on their 2004 album eMOTIVe as well as contributed remixes of Blue and Outsider. In 2003, he formed "Vanessa and the O's". The group released an EP Plus Rien in Sweden the same year.
Iha also collaborated on two tracks with Japanese musician Chara for her 2001 album MADRIGAL. The tracks are called "Boku ni Utsushite" and "Skirt".
More recently, Iha has collaborated on musical and fashion design projects in Japan. With the help of longtime friend and manager Isao Izutsu, Iha started the clothing label Vapor in 2001. Iha also scored the Japanese film "Linda, Linda, Linda", released in late summer 2005.

The Perfect Circle quote, I don’t know the context or what the question was. It’s hard to say without reading the interview. I imagine I was talking about how both of the bands have a heaviness, that big sound, and there’s a lot of drama in the music. I don’t know why I said I don’t know if it’ll ever happen.

1994-1995 was a very exciting time for music. It was really happening a lot. We had a lot of ambition from the outset, we worked with Flood and Alan Moulder, the top producers of the time, and Billy not only had a very clear vision of what he wanted, but also songs that went with . We all had the sacred fire. Of course there were tensions and even though I do not think too much of the tortured artist concept, they may have participated in this particular energy to the disk.
The Smashing Pumpkins still exist today. You think it's a good idea?
I do not know, I admit to not having listened to the new disks. For me, the group had its natural conclusion when we separated in 2000. But from the ashes, it is ultimately also in the nature of such a group, right?
You are more zen than your friend Billy Corgan, who again this summer you saw in the magazine NME as "the worst human being met in his life" ...
This kind of comment seems very bitter. I hope that Billy has advanced over ten years, he has a lot of talent and a lot to offer to the music. For my part, I feel good in my life, I am proud to have played with the Pumpkins in the past, proud to represent A Perfect Circle or my solo projects today. I found my balance.
Never tired of these eternal questions about Smashing Pumpkins?
Why would I? From its inception until his natural death, I had a great adventure in a group that will leave its mark on the rock. These are twelve long and intense years of my life. I am aware of their importance, and that the Smashing accomplished. I am delighted with the reissue Mellon Collie ... there are new songs that I have not heard in years.
