Вчера Кортни Лав адресовала Лане твит, гласящий: «Ты в курсе, что это песня про мою вагину? Отбрось свою пуповину, чтобы я мог вернуться обратно...» (второе предложение — цитата из песни). В своей типичной манере
Кортни немедленно отправила следующий: «Кое-что в текст о моей вагине привнесла я». И наконец, добавила ко всему этому совет: «В следующий раз, когда будешь петь песню Nirvana, думай о моей вагине, хорошо? Лол».
Реакции от Ланы Дель Рей пока что не последовало.

So anyways Kurt told me he did heroin, I said don’t do it, you’re playing with dynamite. He’s like yeah your right, but he loved it, he really liked it, and then look what happened. It’s powerful it changes people, and there were other people who were in Seattle who were into heroin and I wasn’t, you know what I mean? I just didn’t fit in; I just didn’t hang out with junkies. They have their own world, they’re like vampires.”
“I was in Deep River when I [found out about Kurt’s suicide]. Then I saw it on CNN, and I got really upset. But I just had to deal with it, that’s just the way, it’s cruel. Because death doesn’t take back, it’s cruel, no exceptions. As much as you beg and plead that you can change and turn things around, no no, that’s how death is it’s a hard ass.”
