группа основана в 1991 году ушедшим из чикагской индустриальной дэнс-банды My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult Томасом Торном на пару вместе с гитаристом Ronny Valeo и клавишником Шэйном Лассеном (Shane Lassen aka Rev. Dr. Luv), который погиб в автокатастрофе в 1996 году. Собственно, этот 3-ий альбом группы и посвящён ему, и назван в честь его сценического псевдонима, который тот, в свою очередь, позаимствовал у песни группы Kiss, кавер на которую тоже вошёл в пластинку.
